The Carmichael Improvement District invites the submission of Statements of Qualification to provide maintenance services.

All questions from contractor regarding RFP due by 5:00 P.M. January 16, 2026. Submittals are due by 5:00 P.M., January 30, 2026. If interviews are necessary, they will occur before February 26, 2026. Please be prepared to come in person for an offered interview with select members of your team.

All Statements of Qualification must be emailed to samantha@discovercarmichael.com. All proposals must be submitted by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Responder to see that their proposal is received on time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted without written pre-approval by the District.
