The purpose of the Bright Star Award is to honor property and business owners who refresh and improve the face of their buildings to help increase the appeal and desirability of both their own properties as well as the greater Carmichael area. Drivers and pedestrians alike appreciate visual interest that invites and welcomes. The Carmichael Improvement District seeks to champion all efforts to create such places for properties in our service area so that greater success and vitality is achieved.
